Fraternity Roster

This roster will serve as the official list of your fraternity for Business Office billing, grade compilation, housing, and eating clubs. It will be used by the Office of Student Affairs for all official matters concerning your fraternity, including reports to national fraternity and interfraternity organizations. The list must be accurate.

Directions:

  1. Type all information on the form.
  2. Type your name and information in the first line.
  3. List other names in alphabetical order, last name first.
  4. Give full names, do not use nicknames.
  5. Include only students who are actives or pledges.
  6. List all active members even if they are off campus for the term.
  7. Any changes in the information supplied on this form must be reported immediately to the Office of Student Affairs.

Definitions:

Eating Club: Fraternity member who has been billed with intent to collect or has paid for the meals at the house and is actually eating on the meal plan of the house.
Resident of the house: Fraternity member who is qualified for residence and approved to live in the fraternity house and who has been billed with intent to collect or has paid for a room in the house.
